With a daily production capacity of 5,000 units (1.5 million annually), we utilize state-of-the-art automated equipment for precision manufacturing, covering material testing, molding, CNC machining, surface treatment, and final product testing. Every wheel undergoes rigorous quality checks, including air leakage, impact, bending, stretching, fatigue, and dynamic balance testing.
Our facility is equipped with 10 melting furnaces, 12 die casting machines, 35 CNC machine tools, and advanced painting and powder coating systems, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in production.
